| The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration with Kimberly Lewis and Tom Gould filed a motion on November 4th opposing HSUS’ attempt at intervention in the rulemaking case in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Previously the HSUS had filed a motion with the court asking to be allowed to intervene in the case. |

| The Walking Horse report has recently learned of the passing of Reserve World Grand Champion, Honor And Remember. After a lengthy illness and extended stay at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital, the gorgeous, young stallion passed away on November 5, 2024. He fought a hard fight but, in the end, lost the battle. |
