Curtis and Kendra Thompson welcomed daughter, Kayce Layne Thompson on December 12, 2023. She weighed 6 lbs. and 12 oz. and was 18.5 inches long. After six weeks in the NICU, Kayce Layne is home and doing well. |

Mary Frances Drinkard Bridges, mother of long-time walking horse owner and exhibitor, Marla Lovett, was born March 14, 1934, to Guy Harvel and Thelma Petrey Drinkard. She was a native of Troy, Alabama, and resided in Mobile. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ray D. “Sonny” Bridges, Jr., who passed away in 2014, and her stepfather Jerome E. Anderson. |
