Obituary – Kaden Lewis

Kaden Stewart Lewis passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 19.
Kaden was born April 26, 2005, in Rockwall, Texas to Toby Lewis and Kimberly Stewart Lewis. He graduated High School and had some college credits. Kaden has worked for Discount Tire Company for three years and became an Assistant Manager. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, fishing, hunting, hiking and playing video games.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Lois Moench; his grandparents, Dr. AJ Speece III, William "Bill" and Janice Stewart.
Those left to cherish his memory and continue his legacy are his parents, Kim Lewis-Frazier and Kenny Frazier, Toby and Renee Lewis; sisters, Heather (Charles) West, Shelby Battaglia, Katelyn (Sam) Thomas; brother, Nathan Lewis; grandmother, Dorothy Speece; grandparents, Linda and Gary Engleman, Jimmy Lewis, and Arlene Frazier; nephews, Barrett Stetson and Knox West, Nash Battaglia, Khylin Starling and Sam Thomas; aunt, Shannon St. Clair; numerous cousins and other loving family and friends.

It is a sad day at Sugar Creek. It is a day we have never wanted to think about but knew it was inevitable. The great Jose’ Jose’ has been humanely laid to rest. Our hearts are broken but we are so grateful to have been associated with such a great. A complete obituary will be forthcoming.

Cottonwood Farms hosted Mike Nurse, an avid equestrian from Ireland on his first visit to America. Nurse participates in show jumping in his native Ireland and wanted to ride a performance Tennessee Walking Horse on his visit to America. The entire team at Cottonwood said Nurse was a natural and fit right in on a performance Tennessee Walking Horse. Nurse rode Smokestack Lightning and three-time world champion Ultra Grey Pistol.
