Equine Obituary – Incredible Machine
Monday, March 9, 2026

On March 8, 2026, RWGC Incredible Machine passed away following complications from colic. Incredible Machine was sired by Jose’ Jose’ and out of an Out On Parole mare named I’m Honey On Parole. Bred by the late Tommy Vinson of Columbus, Mississippi, Incredible Machine was brought to Abernathy Stables on a stock trailer with another talented colt by the name of Gin A’Mighty. Incredible Machine was a name that perfectly suited the large black stallion. After getting his start under trainer Edgar Abernathy at Abernathy Stables, Incredible Machine quickly caught the eye of Joel and Linda Stewart who purchased the colt.
Incredible Machine made his debut at the Mississippi Charity in the spring of 2014, winning the preliminary as well as the Two-Year-Old Championship with trainer Blaise Broccard and under the direction of Abernathy Stables. Broccard and Incredible Machine captured blues all over the country winning at the Alabama Jubilee, Walking For The Angels, MWHA Fall Classic, Laurel Charity, The Cajun Classic and The Mid-South Horse Show Association just to name a few. In the fall of 2017, the duo made the show of their life, capturing the Reserve World Grand Championship title as well as the Reserve World Championship title in the Stallions Five & Over Canter, Sec A., at the TWHNC.
Throughout the years, trainers Clayton Davis and Edgar Abernathy also made winning rides aboard the black stallion. In 2018, owner Joel Stewart started showing Incredible Machine. This proved to be a successful team as they captured wins at the Marshall County Horseman’s Association, Money Tree Fall Classic, Savannah Lions Club and the Mid-South Horse Show Association. Following a successful season in 2023, the decision was made to stand Incredible Machine as a breeding stallion with John Fikes at Cedar Tree Farm in Hamilton, Alabama. Two of his offspring are showing and several others will hit the ground soon. The big black stallion had a heart of gold and was a kind gentle giant in and out of the show ring. He will be sadly missed by all who had the opportunity to know and love him.
